Our Typical Training Programme
Initial Assessment and Measurement
Before starting any exercise program, we conduct an initial assessment to determine your current fitness level and any specific goals you may have. This includes measuring your weight, body fat percentage and other physical characteristics.
Setting Goals and Designing Workout
After the initial assessment, the trainer will work with you to set realistic and achievable goals. This will help to ensure that your training program as well as a nutrition plan is tailored to your specific needs and that you have a clear idea of what you want to achieve.
Warm-Up, Exercise and Cool-Down Session
During the exercise, we lead you through a warm-up and stretching routine, and guide you through the workout, providing instruction using necessary equipment we bring. After the exercise the trainer will lead you through a cool-down routine to help your body recover.
Feedback, Review and Game Plan Overview
After the session, the trainer will review your progress and give you feedback on how you did. He or she may also make adjustments to your workout plan as needed to help you achieve your goals. This allows us to customize future sessions to your needs and preferences.
